Tandoori Chai | Clay Oven Hot Pot Indian Tea | Indian Street Food

Tandoori Chai is a new technique for brewing tea. In this, kulhad (clay cup) is placed inside the hot tandoor (clay oven) to pre-heat it at a high temperture. After that previously made tea is poured into it so that tea starts boiling into that hot cup and extracts the smoky earthy clay flavour into it.
A new and surprising flavour for chai (tea) lovers :)
